Land Sale Update – May 17th
Exciting news!
We have accepted an offer to purchase the land! A developer here in Winnipeg made us an offer just over our asking price and we couldn’t be more excited to see this come together so quickly.
The land will be used to develop multi-business, commercial condos similar to our neighbours on Fast Lane (just south of us).
The offer is still subject to approval of subdivision. Our application for subdivision has been submitted and we do not foresee any issues, but there is a rather lengthy process ahead. It could be several months before all the necessary boxes get ticked.
Our next phase is to begin putting together plans for our new approach to access Rockall Road, the landscaping and beautification plans for the exterior and the dispersal and investment of the remaining proceeds from the land sale.
