DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support all areas of the Grace Kids Ministry, including preparation, Sunday morning programs, and additional events.

Assist in the planning and execution of Adventure Week.

Serve as a counselor for summer camps, including Kids Camp and Camp 68.

Help organize and lead Summer Fun Days and community engagement events.

Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Be committed to the community by showing up on time, maintaining strong communication with the team, and staying focused on your responsibilities.

Remain flexible and open to a variety of projects and needs throughout the summer.

Fulfill the agreed-upon number of hours as outlined below.

Report directly to Pastor Chay for all Kids Ministry-related duties.

HOURS & COMPENSATION

This is a full-time seasonal role requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week over 12 weeks, totalling between 360–480 hours, depending on availability.

Specific work hours will be scheduled in agreement with leadership; while some flexibility is possible, certain dates and times will require full team participation.

Wage: Based on experience.
